Our yoga classes are welcoming and non-intimidating. Classes flow with fun and challenging sequences, and importantly focus on alignment, safety and accessibility for all class participants.
What makes us different is that we create classes that bring together principals from across the hatha yoga spectrum.
Using the dynamic vinyasa practice of Ashtanga yoga and alignment and structural techniques of Iyengar yoga, we have created a formula that can be used for all levels of students from a beginner to a more experienced practitioner.
Our classes embrace all aspects of yoga, including yoga postures (asana), breathing exercises (pranayama), concentration (meditation) and relaxation.
