Dynamic Flow Yoga

Monday Evenings with Danielle & Claire

6:25pm – 7:25pm

Classes are designed to capture the essence of yoga, using sequences based on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga creating a dynamic flow style of yoga.

Our difference is being able to offer special attention to students by including 2 teachers in every class. Whilst one teacher leads the class, another participates by assisting and adjusting students. This ensures safety and participation for all levels of students.

We run classes by 6 week rolling terms, giving students an opportunity to book a term and receive a block booking discount. Each 6 week term follows a new theme and focus.

Every class is available for drop-in students.

General Class Info

Can I drop in?
Yes! All classes are drop in and open to all levels. Classes cater for all levels of students and no pre booking is required. We do recommend you contact us before your first class to ensure your place and discuss any needs you may have.

A mat
We have a small supply of mats, so please bring your own if you can. It is nicer and more hygienic to use your own if you are practicing regularly.

Before class
It’s best not to eat too much before class, preferably leave a few hours prior without food. Twisting and inverted postures are often included in a class and doing this on a full belly is pretty uncomfortable!

What to wear
Anything that is comfortable that does not restrict movements and breathing. Sometimes you may go upside down, so remember not to wear your top too loose!
No shoes are worn during yoga, and it is practised bare foot. Please leave shoes in the reception area or by the door to the room.

Pregnancy/contraindications
Please contact us prior to attending your first class if you are pregnant. If you are a regular student and become pregnant, please advise the teacher as soon as possible for advice on continuing your practice.
If you have any injuries or a recent illness please also advise the teacher, including if you have recently had a baby or an operation.

Bank Holidays
No classes will be run on bank holidays (get out of town for the weekend!)

And finally…
We recommend all students to practice consciously - slowly and gently, without strain, adjusting day-to-day according to energy levels and not being concerned at all with what you can or can not do.
It is important to work at your own pace and not attempt any comparisons with your fellow students.
